Attorney Cunha is Of Counsel to the Tax Law Institute Federal Tax Litigation and Trial Practice Program and to the underlying Corporation and its affiliates. He has been associated with the Tax Law Institute for more than twenty years, and for short periods of time, Attorney Cunha was both a student and a client. He has certified and written recommendation letters to the Office of Admissions, U.S. Tax Court for successful bar candidates and provided mentorships. He has over 30 years of combined legal experience as a tax litigator and civil and criminal tax trial attorney. Attorney Cunha is admitted to practice, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court and is a member of the state bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
